Lisette has 20 years of education policy experience, including at the national, state, and local levels. Most recently, she served as a senior advisor for a state education agency working on implementation of COVID-19 recovery funds. Lisette is also a former Congressional staffer; has held senior management roles at think tanks and nonprofits; and was a first grade teacher in Washington, DC.
